Bin direkt zur Amazon Seite gewechselt und etwas geordert. Da ich aber noch keinen Honig von eigenen Bienen habe, gehe ich zu meinem Imker des Vertrauens.

Hast du dir andere Videos im Internet mal vorher angeguckt? Schon Wahnsinn wie die Ansichten bei dieser Zubereitung auseinander gehen.

ich habe mal den Honigwein angesetzt. Davor habe ich einen sogenannten Gärstarter angesetzt, damit der fertiger Ansatz einfacher anfäng zu gären.
